We understand that booking a magician, mentalist, keynote speaker or MC might not be something you do regularly – that’s why we’re here to help you make the process as easy as possible.
You’ll be assisted by professional producers & performers who will take the time to understand your requirements, and provide you with the expert advice & information you need to make the transaction simple. Our documentation has been written from years of experience so you can feel confident that we’ll help you to make your event a success.
Here’s the typical booking process:
1. We receive your information.
You contact us via our Online Enquiry form, a chat via your browser, a chat via WhatsApp, an email or a call to our telephone number
2. We contact you for a Brief.
We’ll respond to your enquiry to set up a Briefing conversation. This is a very important because during our conversation we’ll try to understand all the unique requirements and details of your event, so that we can research which of our talented magical entertainers would be most suitable for the type and location of event you are planning.
3. You receive an online multimedia proposal.
Based on the information provided in your Brief and your unique event requirements, we’ll send you an online multimedia proposal that offers you several performance and/or performer options.
Your proposal will include:
- A hand-picked list of appropriate performers,
- Performance options,
- Our terms & conditions, &
- Detailed technical & venue riders.
Once you’ve read the proposal, you’re welcome to give us feedback should you require any changes or alternative options.
4. You accept our proposal & pay the retainer invoice.
Once you’ve accepted our proposal, we will send you an invoice for the retainer payment. This payment is required to secure the performance you’ve chosen. We’ll provide with all the documentation (e.g. tax clearance certificates, BEE-letters, etc) you may need to make the payment.
5. You pay the balance of the fee 1 day before the performance.
When you’ve accepted the proposal, we’ll also send you the invoice for the balance of your payment due. This payment must take place before the performance.
6. Your selected performer appears at your event!
When the day of your event arrives, we’ll ensure that your performer arrives on time & ready for the agreed performance!
